1. Return Period

We want customers shopping through mandurel.com to have a clear and straightforward return experience. Most eligible textile products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are generally not accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, a textile product should remain in a condition suitable for resale and should not have been materially altered or damaged after delivery.

Customers may carefully examine and handle the textile product after receiving it to consider its size, dimensions, color, material, texture, pattern, construction, and overall suitability. Normal inspection and brief handling for this purpose do not by themselves affect return eligibility.

A return may still be accepted when the product remains suitable for resale and does not show significant wear, damage, stains, persistent odors, excessive creasing, pulled threads, tears, alterations, washing, laundering, or other changes resulting from extended or regular use.

Returned products should include the original packaging, protective materials, labels, accessories, inserts, and any other components originally supplied with the product where applicable.

3. Products That May Not Qualify for a Standard Return

A standard return may not be available where a textile product has been washed, laundered, cut, altered, extensively used, stained, contaminated, damaged, torn, or otherwise changed in a way that affects its condition or suitability for resale.

Items specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable on the applicable product page may also be excluded from standard returns, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Including the order number and clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, the shipping packaging can help us review the issue more efficiently. Once reviewed, we will work with the customer on an appropriate resolution, which may include a return, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Return Process

To begin a return, customers may contact us at [email protected] with the order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.

After the return request has been reviewed, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address. Returned products are reviewed after arrival to confirm that they meet the conditions described in this policy.

Customers may contact us before sending a return so that the returned product can be properly matched with the original order and processed without unnecessary delays.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is required because the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, MANDUREL, LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping cost associated with the approved return.

For returns based on personal preference, such as a change of mind, size preference, color preference, material preference, or the product no longer being needed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable when the order was correctly fulfilled and the return is based on personal preference, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are expected to appear on the original payment method within 7 business days. Actual posting times may vary slightly depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or other financial institution involved in processing the transaction.

If only part of an order is returned, the refund will apply to the eligible returned product or products and any other amount required under this policy or applicable law.

8. Payment Provider and Refund Records

Payments made through mandurel.com may be processed through Stripe or PayPal. Refunds are returned through the original payment channel used for the purchase whenever technically available.

We maintain relevant order, payment, shipping, return, communication, and refund records so that customer requests can be reviewed accurately and payment-related questions can be addressed with the appropriate transaction information.
